Questions

In life we all have things happen to us that we question. We question why it is happening to us. We question what we are suppose to take away from the situation. We blame people, and we blame God, but we never want to blame ourselves. The question still stands though. Why is this happening to me?

This question relates to a theory on mine called The Dot Theory. Everything in life has purpose and meaning. Everything has its place in our life and all of these things connect in someway. These things in our lives are like scattered dots. At first, when we are right in the middle of it all, we cannot see where all the dots connect. We cannot see its purpose or meaning in our lives. One of my favorite quotes is by Steve Jobs. He says that, "you can't connect the dots looking forward. You can only connect them looking back". We can't see how every even in our lives connects when we are right in the middle of living it, but at a later time when we have had time to thoughtfully and logically think about it we can see clearly its place.

Don't fret over the things in your life that seem out of place or seem like you can never recover from. Move on and reflect on it later. Learn from the events in your life and don't forget them. We can all learn from these events and we need to. We need to be able to accept that it has happened, move on, and later try to understand its place in our lives.
